FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 This has to be THE best liquid eye liner ever. It lasts all day and it's so easy to apply. Because you hold it like you would a pen, you have control just where you need it. I love the way you have to turn the top to get some of the liquid out, it saves the rest in the pen becoming dry.
