My Rewards | How to Redeem Your Rewards Points

To use your code, simply enter it in the box marked “Promotion Code” on the Billing page, during checkout. Once the offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the “Order Review” page.

 When your coupon code is used, your points will be then deducted from your Rewards balance.

Clarins rewards points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for online purchases. 

Promotional codes can be shared with a friend, however a coupon code can only be used once. 

Coupon codes and rewards points do not have expiration dates. 

If you return an order and receive a refund on an order that originally earned you rewards points, the amount of points originally earned will be deducted from your account balance.
