This is a beautiful compact and worth the hype and expense if you are a collector. The compact itself is gorgeous and the inside patterning is brilliant. I wish the pattern lasted throughout the lifetime of the palette but the gold diagramming dissappears after a period of use. The color of the remaining powder suits my skin perfectly and does leave my face matte for a long period of time before I have to touch up. I think I touch up just to have the excuse to pull out my compact. I'm delighted I bought it and the delivery was quick!!

Love It
I needed to get a new compact powder and saw this one and fell in love. I use clarins skin care and makeup products so I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. I really liked the gold shimmer and that made me want to purchase it even more. I got this with "the brush" which is also a great soft powder brush. My only complaint is that once I received the odyssey face palette I realized the gold shimmer is only on the top layer. Once you use it two three times no more gold shimmer. I found it to be a little misleading I wish they would have a better description of what you are getting. I have a light to medium complexion and this color blended right in with my Skin Illusion makeup I use in 110. Love it but don't think I would spend so much again on a compact powder.

Absolutely love this!!
Took a chance in ordering this Palette, and it is amazing! I apply it with a brush, and it blends great on my face, with just a hint of shimmer. Gorgeous compact too, which you'll love to carry with you. I'm so happy with this Odyssey Palette, I ordered a second one to have when my first runs out, since it's limited edition. Ladies, you'll love this. Blends to all skin colors (my friends have tried it).
