However, I received the sample of this new formulation and it is horrible. It’s like putting water on your skin and nothing on top of your skin to protect you as your previous formulation did. Clarins, the founder of your product did an ultimate and absolutely incredible job with the creams. I feel that your line was doing well and has reached out to the population looking for the best cream for the Driest faces. Unfortunately I am on the market after 27 years of using Clarins for extra dry skin products looking for another product just as good as the previous formulation or better Please consider you reformulation and hear out your loyal customers.

IT DOES NOT MOISTURIZE MY SKIN. IT DRIES IT. WHY change a good product? Please go back to the old formula or I will looking for another brand product.
