I bought the pencil before Christmas and returned it because it didn’t apply the same. I thought I’ try it again but it was the same. I’ll be returning it again. I love your other products but I can’t say the same for this one.

I think other people dislike it is because they don’t know how to use it. At first I hated it, but then I learned how to use it correctly. You have to build it up and brush it out. Because the texture is like wax, but not at the same time . Did I also say it was waterproof?? Didn’t find out until one day I went to the pool with some friends for three hours and it looked the same as when I left the house . It stays on all day!!! No need to worry about smudging or accidentally touching it!! What a bonus !! Will continue forever to use this product . Nothing else compares to it .

Rated 5 out of 5 by Snappy from Soft Blonde is a perfect color! I have dark blonde hair. This soft blonde pencil fills in my brows so naturally, it's the first perfect color I've found for my brows. I brush the brows, gently stroke the pencil with the flow of my brows. The pencil is not soft or hard, it is just right for me to work the perfect amount on to make my brows look full and natural. This is the best brow pencil I have ever used. Thanks again Clarins!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by runabout22 from gorgeous color provides a natural look A week ago I bought 03 Soft Blonde because it is an unusual warm clear shade- not dusty, not grey-ish, not powdery. I use the small brush on my eyebrows first and then apply the pencil with short strokes on the diagonal, then brush the eyebrows again.This is the first eyebrow pencil I have consistently used in 7 years; I have bought and used competitors ; nothing compares to this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cori from Expensive and doesn't work well For the longest I have been using eye brow powders to fill in my brows and I thought let me give this a try, since its Clarins it must be good. To my disappointment, not only is it very expensive but also hard when trying to glide it on your skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TrishP from Love it! Bought this pencil a month ago in the "Light Brown" (even though my eyebrows are more of a darker brown) and use it every day to help with my thinning eyebrows. The lighter brown color fills in nicely without being too heavy and dark. Will order again!
