Rated 5 out of 5 by IrenaCA from Better than any exfoliator and doesn't damage skin I have used Doux Peeling for years. I sometimes get caught up in the hype of chemical or physical exfoliators in different forms but always come back to this. It is the most thorough exfoliation I have ever tried, comparable to a salon. And it won't damage your skin! Chemical exfoliants are harsh and beads or powders to rub off skin make tears. And don't get me started on the electric facial brushes. I wish more people knew about this product because it is one of the best skin care products you can add into your routine. I use it 3x a week. I fervently hope Clarins never discontinues this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ksks from LOVE! I absolutely adore this peel. When I first tried it, I thought it was like a normal mask that you can just wash away with water. It took me a couple of uses (and rereading the directions) to realize I actually had to massage the face in small, circular motions to get it to "peel". And boy oh boy does it work! I was amazed at how much dead skin it is able to clear away. My face stays soft and fresh for several days after using this! Highly recommend

Rated 1 out of 5 by wyns from Not for dry skin I bought this about three weeks ago & used it as directed. It's basically a clay mask with no moisturizing properties. My skin is combination & it makes it totally dry with every use. This is the same type of mask that you can buy at Wal-Mart or any drugstore. I feel as if I wasted $ on this. It is the ONLY Clarins product that I have ever given a negative comment about results of use & I've used this brand for at least 30 yrs. Any of the other masks they offer do what they claim to do. Price was okay on this one. Maybe it is supposed to b used by a person with totally oily skin, but not combination. I hate to think what this would do for a person with very dry skin. I do not recommend.

I am very fair with some rosacea on my T zone and this results in NO redness/irritation (it actually reduces it) and leaves behind fresh skin. Usually only use 1x/week all over face, but will spot-treat if i notice area of dry/flakiness. Tried many other exfoliates, but NONE have come close to the magic of Doux Peeling. Worth it. Thanks Clarins!

I use it at night as it can leave the skin slightly pink afterwords, and it is best when paired with the chemical exfoliating toner after.

I put it on my nose, where I have some pores that I'm not happy with. Now my whole nose looks terrible! It's red and very rough, with contours that I've never seen before. It looks like the pores have sunk or the area around the pores has swollen. I hope this goes away soon, it looks terrible and I don't know what to do about it.

You can see visible results, both in the peeled-of layers of skin and skin surface--brighter and smoother. Prevents skin from peeling for me and keeps it lively looking. Clarins--just saying, this peel comes in a size that is way too small, making it expensive for the quantity needed.
