(Traceability- Responsibility - Uniqueness - Security -Transparency) platform. With Clarins T.R.U.S.T., you can access the entire preparation and manufacturing process of each skincare product, the expertise used in its creation, and the plants that power its performance—from their geographical origins, to harvesting methods, and certifications.
This total transparency reflects the relationship of trust that has always united Clarins with our customers. By using your smartphone camera, you can scan the QR code on the packaging which will direct you straight to the product page on our website. From there, you can click on the Clarins T.R.U.S.T. link and trace the journey of the product- where it comes from, its sourcing, and see how Clarins lives up to its values of transparency. To emphasize our commitment, all the data is secured on a blockchain. Our long-term goal is for all of the plants in the Clarins Herbarium to be traceable on the T.R.U.S.T. platform by 2025.
