Club Clarins is a points-based loyalty program. Members earn points by shopping for Clarins products on Clarins.com and in retail stores, spending on Clarins Spa services, and participating in select brand activities. The more points you earn, the higher your status and the more benefits you enjoy—including an even more exciting selection of full size product rewards! Explore the rewards boutique.

It's easy! Simply opt in to join Club Clarins when creating a Clarins.com account. If you already have a Clarins.com account, log in and go to My Account to sign up for Club Clarins. You will receive 50 points for signing up, our welcome treat!

Starting January 1, 2025, every point earned expires 12 months after it was earned regardless of membership status. Before the change, points did not expire if Gold members retained their Gold membership status. For Gold members who earned points in 2024 and earlier, these points will all expire on December 31, 2025. Gold members will continue to earn 12 points per $1 spent on Clarins.

As of January 22, 2025, you’ll see updated status names in your account and communications. Please know your status remains the same. Only the names are changing. The criteria for moving between statuses or maintaining your status will stay the same.

Visit the sections under 'My Club Clarins' to view your status, benefits, and points recap. This is also where you choose rewards and upload retail receipts. You can terminate your membership anytime.

Once you reach Silver or Gold, you have a full year to enjoy the perks. You can earn Silver or Gold status at any time throughout the year by earning enough points. Every time you upgrade your status you get a fresh one-year timer. At the end of the one-year period, we'll review your points to determine which status you qualify for, based on the number of points earned in the last 12 months.

Earning points is easy!

• Sign up for Club Clarins = 50 bonus points
• $1 spent on Clarins at Clarins.com, Clarins boutiques, and qualified retailers = 10 points
• Share your birth date with us = 2x points on your first eligible purchase online or in-store during the month of your birthday. Valid one-time only.
• Sign up for Subscription service on Clarins.com = 100 bonus points

Clarins.com and Clarins factory store purchases and activities are automatically credited to your account. For retail purchases, please upload your receipt. Once you earn 1,500 points, treat yourself to your first reward!

Points earned from Clarins.com purchases are automatically credited to your account once the order is placed. For Clarins factory store purchases, points earned are automatically credited to your account. For retail purchases at authorized Clarins retail counters or eCommerce sites, once you submit your receipt, it takes up to 2 business days to process. If validated, you will receive your points in your account then. Contact us if you don't see your points credited to your account.

If you’re wondering why you haven’t received points for a recent purchase, here are a few possible reasons:

The receipt you uploaded is too old, beyond our 30-day upload period.

The receipt you submitted is not from one of our authorized retailers. You can check our list of authorized retailers here.

The picture you uploaded is unclear, such as being grainy, smudged, or blurry. Please try uploading a clearer photo.

The full receipt isn’t visible, lacking details like the store name or date. Please upload the complete receipt again.

You uploaded a screenshot of the order confirmation you received instead of an invoice.

 
If your upload is still in the processing stage, we recommend waiting 48 hours for the points to appear. If your points balance is not updated after that time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Customer Care for further assistance.

Your points expire 12 months after they are earned, so don’t wait to reward yourself! If you terminate your membership, all points and status benefits will expire.

Log into Clarins.com and go to 'Choose my rewards' in My Account.

For Club Clarins Dollars select the amount you wish to redeem ($15, $25, $50) and confirm that you would like to redeem your points for the reward. Please note that once you click “confirm,” the points redemption is final. You can then find the reward in your Shopping Bag under Order Summary. You can choose to apply the discount to your current or future order.

For product rewards, selecting the product will add it to your bag. You can then check out. Note that orders containing only complimentary product rewards will incur a minimal shipping fee of $5. Orders that include purchased products in addition to your rewards will ship free if the purchase is $50+. Gold members receive free economy shipping for all orders including rewards.

We would like to clarify that while our Club Clarins redemption catalog is highly generous, redemption orders do not come with accompanying samples. Regular orders on clarinsusa.com, however, do include complimentary samples (while supplies last).

You can redeem up to 30,000 points per calendar year (January - December).

Once you’ve confirmed that you would like to redeem your points for Club Clarins Dollars in My Account “Choose my rewards,” the reward will then be available in your shopping bag under “Order Summary.” You can choose to apply the discount to your current or future order on Clarins.com.

Please note that Club Clarins Dollars expire 6 months after point redemption. You may only apply one Club Clarins Dollars reward per order. Each code is for one-time use only, so take advantage of the full value of each Club Clarins Dollars reward. Any balance will be forfeited.

Your Club Clarins Dollars expire 6 months after you redeem them in the rewards boutique. To check your expiration dates, go to My Account.

Unfortunately the Club Clarins rewards are non-returnable and non-exchangable. Of course, if there is an issue with your product reward, let us know and we will help you.

To track the shipment of your product rewards, go to 'Order History' in My Account.

Log into Clarins.com and go to 'Upload my receipt' in My Account, where you can submit a photo of your receipt. Make sure the photo clearly shows the entire receipt, including the name of the store, date, item(s) purchased, and price.

As of October 2022, you no longer need to upload your Clarins factory store receipts to earn points as they are automatically credited to your Club Clarins account if you are an active member.

Did you check that your receipt meets the following requirements?

• Receipt shows a Clarins purchase from one of our US authorized retailers
• Receipt is for an actual purchase, not an online order packing slip, pre-sell receipt, or email order confirmation
• Receipt displays all the information, including store name, address, date, product(s) purchased, and price
• Receipt dated from the last 30 days

We would love it, unfortunately at this time all points must be redeemed on Clarins.com only.
