The power of plants
Rosemary is a shrub from the Mediterranean that grows on limestone soils. Its long, fine, highly aromatic leaves are used as a condiment, and are also popular in the perfumery and phytotherapy fields. Legend has it that in the 16th century, Isabella of Hungary regained her health and youthfulness at the age of 72 by drinking a rosemary-based elixir.
