Members earn points by shopping for Clarins products on Clarins.com and in Clarins boutiques (factory stores), spending on Clarins Spa services, and participating in select brand activities. It's easy! Simply opt in to join Club Clarins when creating a Clarins.com account. If you already have a Clarins.com account, log in and go to My Account to sign up for Club Clarins. You will receive 50 points for signing up, our welcome treat!

Visit the sections under 'My Club Clarins' to view your status, benefits, and points recap. This is also where you choose rewards. You can terminate your membership anytime.

Once you reach Silver or Gold, you have a full year to enjoy the perks. You can earn Silver or Gold status at any time throughout the year by earning enough points. Every time you upgrade your status you get a fresh one-year timer. At the end of the one-year period, we'll review your points to determine which status you qualify for, based on the number of points earned in the last 12 months.

• $1 spent on Clarins at Clarins.com, Clarins boutiques, and qualified retailers = 10 points
• Share your birth date with us = 2x points on your first eligible purchase online or in-store during the month of your birthday. Valid one-time only.
• Sign up for the subscription service on Clarins.com = 100 bonus points
• Leave a product review = 100 bonus points​
• Download the Clarins mobile app = 50 bonus points​

Clarins.com and Clarins factory store purchases and activities are automatically credited to your account. Once you earn 1,500 points, treat yourself to your first reward!

Points earned from Clarins.com purchases are automatically credited to your account once the order is placed. For Clarins factory store purchases, points earned are automatically credited to your account.

Your points expire 12 months after they are earned, so don’t wait to reward yourself! If you terminate your membership, all points and status benefits will expire.

Log into Clarins.com and go to 'Choose my rewards' in My Account.

For Club Clarins Dollars select the amount you wish to redeem ($15, $25, $50) and confirm that you would like to redeem your points for the reward. Please note that once you click “confirm,” the points redemption is final. You can then find the reward in your Shopping Bag under Order Summary. You can choose to apply the discount to your current or future order.

For product rewards, selecting the product will add it to your bag. You can then check out. Note that orders containing only complimentary product rewards will incur a minimal shipping fee of $5. Orders that include purchased products in addition to your rewards will ship free if the purchase is $50+. Gold members receive free economy shipping for all orders including rewards.

We would like to clarify that while our Club Clarins redemption catalog is highly generous, redemption orders do not come with accompanying samples. Regular orders on clarinsusa.com, however, do include complimentary samples (while supplies last).

You can redeem up to 49,999 points per calendar year (January - December).

Once you’ve confirmed that you would like to redeem your points for Club Clarins Dollars in My Account “Choose my rewards,” the reward will then be available in your shopping bag under “Order Summary.” You can choose to apply the discount to your current or future order on Clarins.com.

Please note that Club Clarins Dollars expire 6 months after point redemption. You may only apply one Club Clarins Dollars reward per order. Each code is for one-time use only, so take advantage of the full value of each Club Clarins Dollars reward. Any balance will be forfeited.

Unfortunately the Club Clarins rewards are non-returnable and non-exchangable. Of course, if there is an issue with your product reward, let us know and we will help you.
